Top Sacramento Home Builder Honors Agents at Second Realtor Rewards Party

Recently, we told you about our fabulous Realtor Rewards Party that we held for the agents who have helped support our Bay Area new homes. Well, we couldn’t leave out all of our amazing Sacramento agents, now could we? That’s why we held another Realtor Rewards Party in Sacramento last weekend at the popular Paul Martin’s restaurant in Roseville for those agents who have helped us become one of the area’s top Sacramento home builders.
The turnout was spectacular with more than 100 agents in attendance: it was a lively crowd and we had a lot of fun. At the party, we gave away our second grand prize trip for two to the Grand Wailea in Maui, Hawaii; and, we’re excited to announce that the winner was Pamela Brooks of ReMax Gold who sent a buyer to our Outlook community in Folson.
Pamela was extremely happy, and sent us a note saying, “Thank you Signature Homes. My husband and I are super excited to visit Maui and The Grand Wailea!” Congratulations Pamela!
Other prize drawings took place throughout the evening and included iPad and Nordstrom gift certificates provided by Wells Fargo, as well as other gift cards and dinner certificates.
We received many positive comments about the event including one by Michelle Mirtoni of Priority 1st Realty who noted, “Matt and I wanted to thank Signature Homes for hosting such a great event last night. The company was fantastic, the food was delicious, and even though we didn’t win any of the drawings, the fact that you held drawings to reward Realtors was much appreciated. What a fun way to start the New Year! Thanks again for hosting such a fabulous event. I hope to sell more of your homes this year.”
The evening concluded with the announcement of the 2012 grand prize. (Drum roll please.) Next year’s grand prize winner of the 3,4,5 Realtor Rewards giveaway will win a trip for two to Costa Rica!
So make sure to get your buyers registered, and bring them out to visit our Sacramento and Bay Area new homes.
