Top Sacramento Home Builder Honors Agents at Second Realtor Rewards Party

Recently, we told you about our fabulous Realtor Rewards Party that we held for the agents who have helped support our Bay Area new homes. Well, we couldn’t leave out all of our amazing Sacramento agents, now could we? That’s why we held another Realtor Rewards Party in Sacramento last weekend at the popular Paul Martin’s restaurant in Roseville for those agents who have helped us become one of the area’s top Sacramento home builders.
The turnout was spectacular with more than 100 agents in attendance: it was a lively crowd and we had a lot of fun. At the party, we gave away our second grand prize trip for two to the Grand Wailea in Maui, Hawaii; and, we’re excited to announce that the winner was Pamela Brooks of ReMax Gold who sent a buyer to our Outlook community in Folson.

As part of our on-going, long term relationship with brokers and their agents, we’re in the process of scheduling roundtable lunches with key real estate agents in Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, San Francisco, San Pablo, Marina Bay, Livermore and other parts of the Bay Area. The goal of these roundtables is to get feedback about our new home communities, share general market trends, and explore current homeowner needs.
As one of the key local Sacramento home builders and San Francisco home builders, we understand the importance of the REALTORS® and the service they bring to every community in which they work.
