Signature Homes Announces “REALTOR® Roundtables”

We love the broker/agent community! As part of our on-going, long term relationship with brokers and their agents, we’re in the process of scheduling roundtable lunches with key real estate agents in Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, San Francisco, San Pablo, Marina Bay, Livermore and other parts of the Bay Area. The goal of these roundtables is to get feedback about our new home communities, share general market trends, and explore current homeowner needs.

As one of the key local Sacramento home builders and San Francisco home builders, we understand the importance of the REALTORS® and the service they bring to every community in which they work. They know their buyers. They understand their buyers’ needs. They work hard to become the experts, just as the sales teams at every Signature New Home community.
