Realtor Rewards Gear Up in 2012

Last year, we announced our 3,4,5 Realtor Rewards program to show our appreciation for the agents who continue to support us and our Sacramento and Bay Area new homes. The program was a huge success; and to celebrate, we recently held two parties, one in the Bay Area and one in Sacramento, where we gave away two grand prize trips for two to the Grand Wailea Resort in Maui, Hawaii. Now, we’re bringing back the program for 2012!

Here’s how it works: Bring your potential buyers to any of our new home communities for a tour and register them on their first visit. When you’re buyer chooses a Signature home, you will receive a 3 percent referral fee at the successful close of escrow. On your next sale you’ll get 4 percent, and then 5 percent for every home you sale after that until Dec. 30, 2011.

And, we’ve made it even easier for you to register your buyers with our Realtor Rapid Rewards registration. Simply visit our website or contact a sales center directly to receive a form. Send your clients to one of our communities with a completed form, and then just sit back and relax while we take care of the rest and your earn your Realtor Rewards!

We promise that you’ll want to earn as many rewards as possible because not only will you earn a referral fee, but you’ll also be invited to our big, end-of-the-year bash where you’ll be entered to win one of two grand prize trips to Costa Rica!

So, start bringing your homebuyers to our wonderful communities to see what makes us one of the area’s top Sacramento and San Francisco home builders.
