Hunter’s Point / Bay View Neighborhood Rejuvenation Project

The Shipyard and Candlestick area of San Francisco area are under major renovations to transform this area into a bustling community area, with an emphasis on the shoreline. The rejuvenation of this area includes retail space , housing, community services, a performance arena, and an expansive waterfront park.

The Hunter Point and Bay View neighborhoods will be connected through open walk areas and landscaped streets. Each neighborhood is slated to have a different look and feel with distinct characteristics. The goal is to have seamless integration with the existing neighborhoods in the area. All new features will be built to green standards with an emphasis on sustainability and eco-consciousness.
