Realtor Rewards Gear Up in 2012
Last year, we announced our 3,4,5 Realtor Rewards program to show our appreciation for the agents who continue to support us and our Sacramento and Bay Area new homes. The program was a huge success; and to celebrate, we recently held two parties, one in the Bay Area and one in Sacramento, where we gave away two grand prize trips for two to the Grand Wailea Resort in Maui, Hawaii. Now, we’re bringing back the program for 2012!
Here’s how it works: Bring your potential buyers to any of our new home communities for a tour and register them on their first visit. When you’re buyer chooses a Signature home, you will receive a 3 percent referral fee at the successful close of escrow. On your next sale you’ll get 4 percent, and then 5 percent for every home you sale after that until Dec. 30, 2011.
And, we’ve made it even easier for you to register your buyers with our Realtor Rapid Rewards registration. Simply visit our website or contact a sales center directly to receive a form. Earlier this year we told you about how you, as a realtor, can extra incentives including an invite to our exclusive end of the year party and a chance to win a trip to Hawaii, just for referring your buyers to our Sacramento and Bay Area new homes. So far, many agents have taken advantage of our 3, 4, 5 Realtor Rewards program, and there is still time for you to get in on the action too.
Here’s how it works: Bring your potential buyers to one of our new home communities and register them on their first visit. When your buyer chooses one of our new homes, you receive a 3 percent referral fee upon the successful close of escrow on the first sale.
On your next sale you get 4 percent and for every sale after that you’ll receive a 5 percent referral fee. The more homes you sale, the more you earn. It’s that simple.
