BAy Area New Homes

Earlier this year we told you about how you, as a realtor, can extra incentives including an invite to our exclusive end of the year party and a chance to win a trip to Hawaii, just for referring your buyers to our Sacramento and Bay Area new homes. So far, many agents have taken advantage of our 3, 4, 5 Realtor Rewards program, and there is still time for you to get in on the action too.

Here’s how it works: Bring your potential buyers to one of our new home communities and register them on their first visit. When your buyer chooses one of our new homes, you receive a 3 percent referral fee upon the successful close of escrow on the first sale.

On your next sale you get 4 percent and for every sale after that you’ll receive a 5 percent referral fee. The more homes you sale, the more you earn. It’s that simple. However, to take part in the 3, 4, 5 Realtor Rewards program, you only have until Dec. 23 to get your buyers into the Signature homes of their dreams.

To make it easier for you to register your clients and start earning commissions, we’ve created the Realtor Rapid Reward Registration where you can fill out the form and earn a referral fee without ever stepping foot into one of our communities. For more information, visit the Realtor Rapid Reward Registration page on our website. Read More→

Kiss Your Landlord Goodbye

Not sure if now is the right time to buy Bay Area new homes? Let us ask you this: why do you want to make your landlord rich? Our affordable new homes and amazing incentives allow you to kiss your landlord goodbye, and maybe end the year with a little more cash in your pocket. Plus, in many cases, you can have the home of your dreams for less than the cost of rent.

For example, at Candlestick Cove, many new homeowners have discovered that the monthly mortgage payment on a new two bedroom townhome-styled condominium is $1,000 less than the rent for a two bedroom apartment at neighboring apartment community, Ashton! (This comparison is based on financing a $505,000 home with 30-year fixed rate financing and 20 percent down. Payment includes principal, interest, taxes, insurance and HOA dues.)

But, the good news doesn’t stop there. During our Signature Savings Sale, when you purchase a move-in ready home at Anchor Cove, Pleasant Oak at Fiddyment Farm, Candlestick Cove, Silver Oak at Fiddyment Farm, Outlook at Treehouse or Station Square, we’ll take care of your closing costs! Buyers may choose from  townhome-styled condos and single-family homes in a variety of popular locations such as Marina Bay, Roseville, San Francisco, Folsom and Livermore with new homes starting from just the low-$200,000s.
