Earlier this year the community hosted a barbecue with food, fun and games for the whole family; and most recently, Anchor Cove residents held a pumpkin carving event to celebrate Halloween.

Earlier this year we told you about how you, as a realtor, can extra incentives including an invite to our exclusive end of the year party and a chance to win a trip to Hawaii, just for referring your buyers to our Sacramento and Bay Area new homes. So far, many agents have taken advantage of our 3, 4, 5 Realtor Rewards program, and there is still time for you to get in on the action too.
Here’s how it works: Bring your potential buyers to one of our new home communities and register them on their first visit. When your buyer chooses one of our new homes, you receive a 3 percent referral fee upon the successful close of escrow on the first sale.
On your next sale you get 4 percent and for every sale after that you’ll receive a 5 percent referral fee. The more homes you sale, the more you earn. It’s that simple. However, to take part in the 3, 4, 5 Realtor Rewards program, you only have until Dec. 23 to get your buyers into the Signature homes of their dreams.

Anchor Cove Offers Beautiful Bay Area Homes
We had such an amazing time at our BBQ even at Anchor Cove on Aug. 21 and would like to thank everyone who came out to tour the community’s fabulous Bay Area homes and celebrate with us. We had nearly 100 people stop by and take part in the festivities.
Attendees feasted on mouthwatering Hawaiian-Chinese fusion food from the Off the Grid food truck “IZ-It” and toured Anchor Cove’s new homes. The jumpy house was a huge hit with our families, but the fun didn’t stop there.
Eleanor Ng from Wells Fargo was a super star (remember her from the Signature Homes commercial on Jade TV?). Eleanor happily helped several families determine their buying power and discussed the programs that will keep their payments within budget guidelines. Some of the most popular programs included a 2:1, 30 year fixed rate buy down program starting as low at 2.5 percent, where Signature Homes prepays interest rate buy-down fees to reduce the payments for the first years, as well as, those programs designed to reduce the out-of-pocket costs of purchasing a new home.
We had such a great time showing off our community and helping buyers get into their dream homes. But, if you didn’t make it out to the festivities on Aug. 21, then don’t worry.
