Those who were struggling to navigate the ins and outs of the current housing market found hope at our recent Homebuyers Fair and pancake breakfast at Station Square. During the event, future buyers learned how they could purchase one of our Bay Area homes easily.
Designed to help you get into the home of your dreams, the fair featured advisors who discussed credit repair and the steps you need to take to purchase your home with confidence. Attendees found that in many cases, purchasing a home is cheaper than rent and learned of tax savings associated with homeownership and future opportunities for equity. Plus, we helped fuel our visitors’ energy for the day with delicious pancakes: it was a win-win situation.

It’s fun to live in one of our Bay Area new homes. Why? Because there is ALWAYS something to do! For example, we recently held a tailgating party at Candlestick Cove to celebrate football season and show off our beautiful new homes.
Like any good tailgate party, we had delicious food and fun. Visitors enjoyed burgers, new home tours and found out how they could purchase a new home for less than the cost of rent. In fact, many of our attendees were from a neighboring apartment community. So far, many agents have taken advantage of our 3, 4, 5 Realtor Rewards program, and there is still time for you to get in on the action too.
Here’s how it works: Bring your potential buyers to one of our new home communities and register them on their first visit. When your buyer chooses one of our new homes, you receive a 3 percent referral fee upon the successful close of escrow on the first sale.
On your next sale you get 4 percent and for every sale after that you’ll receive a 5 percent referral fee. The more homes you sale, the more you earn. It’s that simple.
