Those who were struggling to navigate the ins and outs of the current housing market found hope at our recent Homebuyers Fair and pancake breakfast at Station Square. During the event, future buyers learned how they could purchase one of our Bay Area homes easily.

Designed to help you get into the home of your dreams, the fair featured advisors who discussed credit repair and the steps you need to take to purchase your home with confidence. Attendees found that in many cases, purchasing a home is cheaper than rent and learned of tax savings associated with homeownership and future opportunities for equity. Plus, we helped fuel our visitors’ energy for the day with delicious pancakes: it was a win-win situation.

Those at the event also had a chance to tour the homes at Station Square. The community boasts modern two and three bedroom townhomes in a desirable downtown Livermore location. Here, you’ll be within walking distance from many popular destinations including boutique shops and restaurants, a performing arts center and a new, state-of-the-art movie theater.

For those who need find that they still need a little help, we’re here for you! For more than 25 years, we’ve been one of the area’s top San Francisco home builders with experience in helping countless families purchase the homes of their dreams.

Make sure to check back often for future events at our communities. For more information about Station Square, please visit the Signature Homes website.
