Agents of Bay Area New Homes Honored at Realtor Rewards Party

Throughout the years, many agents have shown their support for Signature Homes and our Sacramentoand Bay Area new homes. Each person represents a relationship that we’re honored to have; and to show our support and thanks, we created the 3, 4, 5 Realtor Rewards program where agents have a chance to earn 3, 4 and 5 percent referral fees, plus be entered to win a luxury trip for two for every Signature home they sell. The culmination of the 2011 program for our Bay Area Realtors was a bash held at San Francisco’s Foreign Cinema last Friday.

The event had more than 100 Bay Area Realtors in attendance, and was a celebration for those agents who have supported us over this past year. At the party we gave away one of the the grand prize trips for two to the Grand Walea in Maui, Hawaii, and we’re excited to announce that the winner was Lucia Sario of LMS Realty. Lucia brought one of her buyers to our Anchor Cove community in Marina Bay. Congratulations Lucia!

Additional prizes were also drawn including an iPod, gift certificates, a Visa gift card and a three-night stay at any Marriott hotel provided by Wells Fargo.

We received many positive comments about the event including one from Dennis Eison from Intero Real Estate who said, “Terrific event. Signature knows how to take care of its Realtors. I am happy to have been in the drawing, and look forward to selling my next Signature home.”

In addition to the festivities, food and prizes, we provided a limo bus service for those agents traveling from the Livermore and Pleasanton areas. Many attendees commented about how much fun they had and thanked us for a great time.

As one of the area’s top San Francisco home builders, we’d like to thank everyone who participated in the event, and we look forward to working with all of our wonderful real estate agents in 2012!
