Signature Homes Celebrates Successful Year

Here at Signature Homes, we have had a great year with many Sacramento and Bay Are new home sales thanks to our wonderful agents.

During the rewards program, Realtors brought their potential homebuyers to one of our communities and registered them on their first visit. When the buyer decided to purchase a home with us, the Realtor received a 3 percent referral fee after the close of escrow. On the next sale, our agents received a 4 percent referral fee, and for every home after that they received a 5 percent bonus.

Our agents did an amazing job, and to celebrate we’re hosting two parties, one in Sacramento and another in San Francisco, next week where we’ll be giving away two Hawaii trips and several other gift items. At the closing party, we’ll also be revealing the grand prize for next year’s 3,4,5 Realtor Rewards program. Nearly 200 agents are expected to attend.
